From the Villa’s conception in the early 2000s, the greatest attention to detail has been given in the desire to create an ambiance befitting its unique position in Taormina and which conveys the essence of contemporary Sicilian life.
Traditional Taormina stone, wrought iron and chestnut wood elements appear throughout our decor as brilliant examples of local craftsmanship that characterise Hotel Villa Angela.
As may be expected, our interiors include the famous ceramics of Caltagirone which enrich the Villa’s warm and luxurious atmosphere with traditional Sicilian styles and colours. Throughout the hotel you’ll also find a collection of original, and sometimes quirky, artwork acquired from local and international artists alike who have taken inspiration from the beauty of the surrounding area… or from the imagination of the hotel owner himself!
